Kanga-Gym

In this class children will utilize  various equipment to strengthen gymnastic techniques. 

Here are just a few things we work on:  Balance beam, incline mat, rings, bar and more.

Each week we work on a different piece of equipment.

Let's Tumble!

This class was designed for the student who wants to work on tumbling skills...perfect for cheerleading! We will work on back walkovers, back handsprings, front walkovers front handsprings and more.

Kidz III

This is for the gymnast that has mastered a back walkover.  Students will work on back  handsprings,front handsprings, back tucks and more.  Student must be invited to join this class.

A little something about the program:

For our preschoolers: Kangaroo Kidz, has been developed to enhance your child's overall body fitness while increasing their total self-image and confidence, in a positive way. Incorporating gymnastic activities in a progressive program to improve your child's strength and flexibility. At the beginning of each class we do a warm up with the children. This usually involves several stretches and a review of gross motor skills (running,galloping, skipping, jumping, etc.) The remainder of the class, we work on various gymnastics equiptment, such as the balance beam, incline mat, rings bar, our new tumble trak and lots more! To keep the interest of our participants, we are constantly changing the curriculum of activities by introducing a new piece of equiptment each week. In addition to "gymnastic" type activities, we also have relay races, sack races, and other games that require keeping familiar skill building exercises fresh and exciting. At Kangaroo Kidz our goal is to make exercise fun! To conclude the class a stamp or a sticker is given to each child.

Our school age children work on spring  floor, beam the tumble trak, and more.

Classes are based on age, as well as, ability. Please call for information. Our staff will point you in the right direction.
